At OORA, we are committed to delivering your eyewear with care, precision, and efficiency. Each order is prepared with attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely and ready to elevate your experience.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Prescription lenses and custom-made products may require additional production time. Estimated production times will be communicated during the ordering process.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer shipping throughout the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier operations.


International Shipping

OORA ships to select international destinations.

International delivery times generally range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please note:

  • Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • OORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local carriers.

Prescription & Custom Orders

Prescription lenses and customized products are individually crafted to your specifications.

As a result:

  • Processing times may be longer than standard products.
  • Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled or modified.
  • Prescription and custom products may not be eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • High seasonal demand
  • Events outside of our reasonable control

OORA is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help provide an appropriate resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

OORA is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
