30-Day Returns
At OORA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@oora.health so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Prescription lenses made specifically to your prescription
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, we recommend initiating a return for the original purchase and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
If your exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, please contact us at support@oora.health, and we will assist you directly.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@oora.health.
